1) Custom orders (including sizes not on the size chart) are not returnable, refundable nor exchangeable.
2) Endeavor to check our size chart to be sure you are ordering the right size.
3) Eligible items may be returned for store credit only. Return must be made within 7 days of the date received and will not be accepted after 7 days.
4) Returned items must be new, unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of make-up stains, deodorants, damage or wear) and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you think you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note: Customers are responsible for all related shipping expenses. All Shipping charges are non refundable. A restocking fee will be issued on orders that are returned due to an undeliverable address.
5) We recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.
6) All items must be cancelled within ONE hour of submitting the order to receive a full refund. Any order that needs to be cancelled after ONE hour will be issued a store credit ONLY. In the event that the item has shipped within ONE hour, ONLY a store credit will be issued AFTER the order is RECEIVED at Chimzi Fashion.
7) Swimsuits, undergarments and Face-masks are not returnable.
