- Refunds: We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but we do not offer refunds. However, eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. To be eligible, returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt, and we will not accept returns after this period.
- Non-Returnable Items: Please note that certain items are non-returnable. These include swimsuits, undergarments, and face masks. We kindly ask you to consider this before making your purchase.
- Sizing: To ensure the right fit, we strongly advise checking our size chart before placing an order. If you are uncertain about your size, please use a measuring tape in inches to measure your bust/chest, waist, and hips and compare your measurements with our size chart.
- Condition of Returned Items: We accept returned items under the following conditions: they must be new (in the same condition as received), unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed (free of makeup stains, deodorants, damage, or signs of wear), and with all tags still attached. Damaged, soiled, or altered returns will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
- Shipping and Handling: Customers are responsible for all related shipping expenses. Please note that all shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where an order is returned due to an undeliverable address, a restocking fee will be applied. To avoid this, please ensure your shipping address is accurate.
- Package Tracking: For your peace of mind, we recommend shipping return packages with a tracking number. We cannot provide return credit for lost packages without proof of receipt.
- Cancellation Policy: Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of submission for a full refund. If a cancellation request is made after one hour, only store credit will be issued. If the item has already been shipped within an hour, only store credit will be issued upon return of the order to Chimzi Fashion.
